Next, in our Special Line is this Cannabis Bärbucha Kombucha.
It is made with Cannabis sativa, otherwise known as Hemp (Hanf in German).
Why did we pick Hemp for our Kombucha?
Simple. Hemp is delicious as a tea, and when the tea is delicious, so is the Kombucha made with that tea.
Also some extra CBD that's present in that Hemp, won't hurt.
For our Kombucha we use two different strains of Hemp, as pictured below.
The greener one contains 1.7% of CBD and the darker one has over 4% CBD..
The reason that we use both, is to optimize the flavor of our Kombucha.
As in all other Kombuchas in this Special Line, we only use Hemp, plus the three other ingredients that repeat themselves. Those repeating ingredients are: good water, sugar and the Kombucha culture.

Next, come the other ingredients and then in a week's time, this is what it looks like, when we take off the covering cloth.
After Scoby comes out, we strain the liquid and then it's bottling time.
Then, this Kombucha needs about one day for F2, and some extra conditioning in the fridge.
Fermentation changes the flavor of Hemp, from being grassy (in the tea form), to having more pronounced THC terpine flavor (so characteristic for this plant).
To make it sound simpler - in a Kombucha, Hemp tastes a a bit like a joint.
Right now, we are the only place offering Hemp Kombucha in the whole Europe.
